Pan sear (RECOMMENDED)

Thaw overnight in the fridge, then cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat. Cover and sear for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and delicious.

Oven

No thaw needed! Bake your frozen fillet at 465°F (240°C) on Turbo for 7 minutes, then quickly brush with oil and seasoning for a final 2-minute sizzle to reach a perfect golden finish.

Air fry

No thaw needed! Brush your frozen fillet with oil and your favorite seasoning, then air fry at 360°F for 17 minutes for an effortless meal.
